Annual Chamber Awards and Banquet
The Annual Awards Banquet, our largest event of the year. All Chamber members are invited to attend, giving your company the opportunity to reach business and community leaders throughout the Chickasha area. Sponsoring the Chamber annual banquet highlights your business as one of our community's top supporters, and gives you exposure to some of the area's top business professionals!
Set in the scene of purple and gold many of Chickasha’s outstanding businesses, organizations and individuals were recognized at the Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Award Banquet on the evening of February 21, 2020 in the USAO Ballroom. The awards followed after a silent and live auction highlighting member businesses who donated fabulous items for our guests to bid on.
2020 Award Winners
Business of the Year
A business that has demonstrated growth in its employment, production, and/or operations and has a substantial history of success. They have a positive social and/or economic impact on the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Arvest Bank.
Small Business of the Year
A business that is an industry leader in their respective market and a has a history of success. They also exemplify strong business and civic leadership, community involvement and positive economic impact on the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Ross Seed.
Citizen of the Year
An individual that has contributed time, skills and resources to enhance the quality of life in the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Steve LaForge.
Volunteer of the Year
An individual that has devoted significant time and efforts to community service initiatives and Chamber-sponsored functions that positively impact the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Jason Pruner.
Event of the Year
An event that has had a positive economic and social impact to the Chickasha community. The event should also encourage community and out of town attendees and have a proven track record of success. Our award recipient for 2020 is The Oklahoma Food Truck Championship.
Woman of the Year
A women that has truly excelled, not only in their business and/or professional live but also as a leader and role model in the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Jen Jantzen.
Public Servant of the Year
An individual that holds public office or another public position that has tirelessly devoted their time, experience and efforts in order to promote and improve the quality of life in the community with no regard of personal gain. Our award recipient for 2020 is John Noblitt.
Chickasha Civic Hall of Fame
An individual that has made broad and lasting contributions to the betterment of the Chickasha community. Our award recipient for 2020 is Denver Talley.
Young Professional of the Year
This award goes to a young professional in the Chickasha community who has shown excellance in their job and volunteer abilities. Our award recipient for 2020 is our Chamber President Cassandra Ersland.
